The Armory is home to an energetic mix of non-profit tenants alongside a catering company and Gillespie Group’s home office. Its constant flow of daytime traffic combined with the building’s exterior illumination at night brings vibrancy and added safety to Lansing’s Eastside Neighborhood. In 2012 this historic landmark was awarded the Governor’s Award for Historic Preservation.
