The new 60,000-square-foot Izzo Family Medical Center on McLaren Greater Lansing's campus signifies a new era of collaboration and advanced care. This building unites McLaren Greater Lansing Hospital and Corewell Health Helen DeVos Children's Hospital, and another soon-to-be-announced medical partner. It will offer innovative patient care services to the Lansing region and cutting-edge training opportunities for future medical professionals through Michigan State University

The BLOCK600 project was a transformative public-private partnership that revitalized a four-acre brownfield site in downtown Lansing. It included the development of a grocery store, Capital City Market, 40 market-rate apartments, and a Courtyard by Marriott Hotel with a restaurant and bar.
